Get to know Guada...

Photography became not just a hobby but a bridge connecting hearts across oceans. Growing up, I was surrounded by the magic of capturing moments frozen in time, each click of the camera immortalizing smiles, laughter, and tender embraces. My family's tradition of taking pictures, especially to send overseas to loved ones we dearly missed, instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of photography to transcend physical distances and preserve memories.

As I embarked on my own journey, camera in hand and a heart full of passion, I discovered that photography wasn't just about capturing images; it was about capturing emotions, stories, and fleeting moments that hold immense significance. I found joy in witnessing the happiness and nostalgia that a single photograph could evoke, the way it could transport someone back to a cherished memory or convey a message of love and connection.

It was this profound understanding of the value of photographs that inspired me to turn my beloved hobby into a profession. I realized that I wanted to help others experience the same sense of fulfillment and satisfaction that comes from seeing their precious moments immortalized in photographs. Whether it's a couple's tender embrace on their wedding day, a family's playful moments during a photoshoot, or the joyous celebration of a milestone event, I wanted to be the one capturing these priceless moments and turning them into cherished memories that last a lifetime.

With every click of my camera, I aim to capture not just images but stories, emotions, and the essence of moments that are meant to be treasured forever. It's a journey that has allowed me to blend my passion for photography with my desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives.

My journey as a photographer has overcome many challenges. I have professionally been photographing since 2015, right after high school. I have formal training in cinematography since 2013 and have been successfully pursuing a degree within the field since. Over time, I have expanded my knowledge and also gotten formal training in digital and film photography. My formal education in photography consists of 2 years at Mt. San Antonio College and 1 year at my university, Cal State Dominguez Hills. My artistic vision began as capturing beautiful moments between loved ones and expanded towards sharing moments of others with their loved ones.

Today, as I look back at how my family's simple tradition of taking pictures sparked a lifelong love affair with photography, I am grateful for the opportunity to share this passion with others. My journey from hobbyist to professional photographer has been nothing short of transformative, and I am excited to continue capturing life's beautiful moments and helping others create memories that will be cherished for generations to come.
